Research Areas

From discoveries at the molecular, psychosocial level, to clinical implementation; we aim to cover all aspects of childhood cancer research.

While part of our research is focused on specific disease types, general molecular mechanisms of disease and technology development, our (pre) clinical researchers are positioned to rapidly translate findings into new therapies. In addition, much attention is given to supporting cancer survivors through the late effect studies, as well as to the biological, psychological and emotional well-being of our patients and their parents.
