The childhood cancer genome

With almost all care and research for childhood cancer in the Netherlands concentrated at the Princess Máxima Centre, we are able to collect high-quality data that is homogeneously generated. In my project I analyse data from tumor and healthy tissue from Máxima patients to look for genetic changes that could be responsible for formation of childhood cancer.
