Multi-omics data integration in B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Lotte Slenders obtained her MSc degree in Molecular and Cellular Life Sciences at the Utrecht University in 2017. In 2023 she obtained her PhD degree by studying the cellular composition and RNA expression of atherosclerotic lesions by single cell sequencing. Next, she joined as postdoc the Den Boer group focusing on the integration of multi-layer omics data collected of children with newly diagnosed ALL.

In Lotte’s project the wish is to identify molecular leads for better risk stratification and targeted therapy of BCP-ALL  by combining RNA sequencing, whole exome sequencing, flow cytometry, cellular proteomics and secretomics.
