Tumor microenvironment of brain Malignant rhabdoid tumors

My projects are mainly focused on the tumor microenvironment of malignant rhabdoid tumors of the brain. I study the interactions of the different rhabdoid subtypes with the immune system and surrounding tissue using proteomics approaches, patient-derived organoids and co-culture systems. We hope that by understanding the different interactions, we can identify novel subtype-specific therapeutic targets.
