As a PhD student in Zwaan and Huitema Group, my work focuses on pharmacokinetics (PK) /pharmacodynamics (PD) model of anti-cancer medications in pediatric oncology. Our research aims at studying the PK profile of pediatric oncology drugs, identifying the source of variability on PK, and describing the relationship between PK and pharmacological/clinical response. Our goal is to provide guidance in dosage optimization/personalization and to improve the therapeutic efficacy and drug safety.
