My name is Giulia and I joined the Drost group in January 2023 as a PhD student. My project focuses on the study of pediatric Malignant Rhabdoid Tumors progression and metastasization. Through barcode lineage tracing and single-cell sequencing approaches, I exploit patient-derived organoids and in-vivo mouse models to follow the clonal and transcriptional evolution of cancer cells.
