Project leader EU CAYAS NET

EU-CAYAS-NET aims to build a European Network of Youth Cancer Survivors and to create a knowledge centre and interactive platform for social networking that will empower cancer survivors to advocate for their rights and needs.

It focusses on three main themes:

  • Quality of Life: Mental health & psychosocial care, education & career support, transition and late effects and long-term follow-up care.
  • Adolescent and Young Adult care
  • Equality, diversity and inclusion

Within WP3 I work together with Jikke Wams on the development of a evidence-based clinical practice guideline to foster transition practices in Europe.
