Epigenetic heterogeneity in malignant rhabdoid tumors

After finishing my Bachelor and Master education at Free University Berlin, I decided to start my PhD at Prinses Máxima Center and am also part of the VAGABOND consortium (https://vagabondnetwork.com). My projects are mainly focusing on identifying subtype-specific epigenetic driver events in Atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumors (ATRTs) using patient-derived organoid models. At the same time, I am also working on a 10X Multiome project with the aim to decipher inter- and intra-tumor heterogeneity in Malignant Rhabdoid Tumors (MRTs).
