I study the innate immune memory induced in human subjects injected with controlled dose of bacterial endotoxin (LPS) over the time course at both genomics and epigenomics levels. I use single cell RNA-sequencing and ATAC-sequencing to study the molecular behavior of human peripheral blood and bone-marrow immune cells.
