Big Data Core

Due to the increase in next generation sequencing (NGS) data, it is possible to examine the commonalities and differences present in various cancer types. As a member of the Big Data Core, I assist in the where we development and improvement of pipelines that analyze genomic (or NGS) data and produce the necessary outputs to assist researchers to obtain novel insights into pediatric cancer biology.

Additionally, I also form part of the pan-cancer group where we seek to unravel the pediatric malignancies among different cancer types in patients.
